All orders are shipped first class with proof of posting or 'signed for' mail.

Rest of the World £4.95
Non UK mainland orders will be shipped by International 'Signed For' - (a recorded delivery airmail service). This is a fast and cost effective service which means we can supply most of Europe well within an additional 5 days and usually just an additional 5-10 days to the USA and the rest of the world!

We ask that you allow up to 21 working days for your goods to be shipped (we are often much quicker with 3-7 working days being more normal) - however due to the bespoke nature of the items and range of stock, certain items may have to be ordered specifically.
On the very rare occasions that delivery may take longer we will contact you first.

In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 7 days of you receiving them. Contact returns@ipdip.com with details of the fault and item you wish to return and include your order number. PLEASE NOTE - we DO NOT accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail or telephone.
If for any reason we need to refund a payment in part or in full, this will be performed within 14 days.
Should you wish to exchange an item simply return it unopened with a administration and handling fee of £1.50 plus postage and any increase in cost for the new item, a copy of your original invoice and details of the item you wish for exchange. We cannot offer an exchange service for non-UK mainland orders unless by prior agreement. Please note - as above please contact us prior to returning goods. This will ensure that any exchanges are carried out in a prompt and efficient manner.
All returns MUST be sent back recorded delivery. If this is not done we cannot accept any responsibility for any returns sent. If the case of faulty goods we will refund any postage costs directly into your paypal account upon request. It goes without saying they we cannot accept returns for any 'intrusive' jewellery (such as earrings) that have been worn for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
All products (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed for 28 days from day of purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or damage caused my misuse of an item.
